Roman the Magician

Roman's Grandpa Pete was a magic enthusiast and performed as a clown with the Shriners. He was so committed to the craft that he was practicing card tricks in a foxhole during WWII.

 

Roman's dad picked up the hobby from Grandpa Pete, and they tried to pass on the tradition. Roman was mildly interested but left the magic trunk in the basement to gather dust.

It took about thirty years to open that trunk again. 

 

Roman's mom is an artist and that's the direction his life went first, embracing creativity and earning a degree in graphic design. 

Roman picked up magic as a hobby, practicing during nap times while he was a stay-at-home dad. He dabbled for a couple of years and realized that working as a magician was the next branch in his path. He found an exceptional teacher which propelled him forward to book his first gig two years later.

Drawing from the art and entertainment in his bloodline and years of bartending experience, Roman has forged a unique performance style that brings class and a truly personal touch to all his performances.
